Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Horeca Champ, we are committed to ensuring that your kitchen remains fully stocked with high-quality ingredients. Our shipping and return processes are designed to meet the fast-paced needs of the hospitality industry.

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Timeline: We strive to deliver all orders within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation, depending on your location and order volume.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery distance. Orders above a certain threshold (e.g., ₹5,000) may qualify for Free Delivery.

  • Delivery Slots: To assist with your kitchen operations, we offer specific delivery windows. Please select your preferred slot at checkout.

  • Receipt of Goods: Since we supply bulk staples, a representative from your hotel/restaurant must be present to inspect the goods and sign the Delivery Challan.

2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of food products and food safety regulations, our return policy is as follows:

  • Perishable Items: Items such as dairy, fresh produce, or opened packets are non-returnable unless they are damaged or decayed at the exact time of delivery.

  • Staples & Packaged Goods: You may request a return for unopened, sealed bags (e.g., pulses, grains, oils) within 24 hours of delivery if the product is:

    1. Beyond its expiry date.

    2. Physically damaged or leaking.

    3. Incorrectly delivered (wrong item/brand).

  • Reporting Issues: Any discrepancy in quantity or quality must be noted on the Delivery Challan at the time of receipt or reported to our support team at info@horecachamp.com within 24 hours with supporting photographs.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled at no cost before they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Post-Dispatch: If an order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at the doorstep without a valid quality reason, a restocking fee/delivery charge may apply.

4. Refunds

  • Approval: Once a return is picked up and inspected by our quality team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Mode: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or issued as Horeca Champ Store Credit for your next procurement cycle.

5. Non-Returnable Scenarios

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the delivery agent has left the premises.

  • Products were damaged due to improper storage at the customer’s facility.

  • Items purchased during a “Clearance Sale” or under special discounted bulk contracts.
